Philomeno and Salamone recently decided to take all real estate sales in-house. They hired Lauren Sisson, eldest daughter of Carmen Salamone, as their broker of record. Lauren received her bachelor's degree in marketing from Gwynedd Mercy College and currently holds an active brokerage license in the Carolinas as well as Pennsylvania. Lauren has been living in North Carolina with husband Gary and 13 year old daughter Olivia, but moved back to Pennsylvania in August. Over the last 20 years she was in the top 10% of her company with which she was previously affiliated. With as much real estate knowledge that she has, Lauren is a great asset to the Philomeno and Salamone team. Not only will she lead the sale of new homes, Lauren will also establish a re-sale division.
On a a personal note, Lauren loves the Phillies and Eagles. She is an avid tennis player and frequently watches her daughter play for school. Her family has a dog named Toby, a rescued greyhound. Lauren also enjoys getting her family together so she can show off her skills in the kitchen. Welcome home, Lauren!
